建于1332年的卡佩尔廊桥连接琉森两岸，是欧洲古老的木制廊桥，它在1993年的火灾后进行了重建，一直通往琉森代表的留念景观—八角型水塔。桥的横眉上绘有120幅宗教历史油画，沿途还可以欣赏描述当年黑死病流行景象的画作。

世界上第一大的哥特式教堂，不仅是一个教堂、一栋建筑，更是米兰的精神象征和标志，世界建筑史和世界文明史上的奇迹。建筑特点教堂上共有135大小尖塔，每个塔上都有一座雕像，雕刻和尖塔是哥特式建筑的特点之一，米兰大教堂把这个特点淋漓尽致的表现了出来，因此它也是世界上雕像多的哥特式教堂。
威尼斯贵为水上之城本身就是一个水上艺术品，在这里任意一个建筑物的美感都离不开水。身处威尼斯，你就像站在正演出的舞台之上，路边音乐家演奏的古典音乐就像是演出配乐，来回的形形色色的人们就像是演员，而你正好赶上这威尼斯剧目的上演。
铁力士山属于阿尔卑斯山脉，海拔3020米，是瑞士中部最高峰，拥有中部唯一的冰川，以终年不融的冰川和冰川裂缝闻名世界。在此可乘坐360度旋转缆车到达铁力士山的冰川公园，在攀升的过程中可以全方位饱览四周的美景。抵达顶峰以后眼前是覆盖着皑皑白雪的壮丽山群、冰洞和冰川，山顶建有观景台、餐厅、酒吧、怀旧照相馆和纪念品店等。
埃马努埃莱二世长廊是一个带顶棚的拱廊街，得名于意大利统一后的国王埃马努埃莱二世，这里被认为是欧洲非常美的商业拱廊之一。拱廊是设计师仿照巴黎古典商业拱廊而建的，两条交叉的长廊呈十字型，南北长198米，东西长105米，两条玻璃拱顶的走廊交汇于中部的八角形空间，上方是一个玻璃圆顶。阳光透过玻璃屋顶，照射在底下精致的浮雕和壁画上，泛着神圣的金色光芒。
威尼斯之狮是一座古老的青铜翼狮雕塑，位于意大利威尼斯的圣马可广场，重约3,000公斤。它是威尼斯城市的象征，也是威尼斯的主保圣人圣马尔谷的象征。它既有宗教的肃穆感，也藏着威尼斯昔日海上霸权的荣光，阳光撒在雕像纹路时，仿佛能触摸到水城的百年故事。

圣马可教堂是一座塞尔维亚正教会教堂，修建于1931年，拜占庭式的红砖外观非常抢眼，教堂的外观很特别与传统的东正教教堂非常的不同。历史悠久的教堂，外面没有过多的繁复的装饰，非常的宏伟。
叹息桥是位于总督府侧面的一座巴洛克风格的石桥，是威尼斯很出名的桥梁之一。这是座密封式拱桥建筑，只能通过桥上的小窗子望向外面。桥的两端连接法院与监狱两处，死囚在行刑前通过此桥，在此感叹即将结束的人生，因而得名“叹息桥”。现在的叹息桥是电影《情定日落桥》中那座让亡命天涯的男女主人公于日落时分互许终身的桥，因而一扫其阴霾不祥的气息。

位于斗兽场西侧的君士坦丁凯旋门，长25.7米，宽7.4米，高21米，拥有3个拱门，其雕塑精美绝伦、恢宏大气。是为了纪念君士坦丁大帝击败马克森提皇帝统一罗马帝国而建的。古罗马时代共有21座凯旋门，现今罗马城中仅存3座，君士坦丁凯旋门就是其中的一个，另外两座位于古罗马广场。

遗址位于意大利首都罗马市中心。又译为罗马角斗场、科洛西姆竞技场，是古罗马帝国专供奴隶主、贵族和自由民观看斗兽或奴隶角斗的地方，也是罗马帝国辉煌时代的见证。
维托里安诺意大利统一纪念堂（Il Vittoriano），也称为维克多•埃曼纽尔二世纪念堂，位于罗马最大的威尼斯广场（Piazza Venezia）上，纪念堂落成于1911年，是为纪念意大利的统一以及促成其统一的埃曼努埃尔二世而建的。 因为造型和颜色的关系，纪念堂被戏称为“结婚蛋糕”或“打字机”。这座白色大理石建造的新古典主义建筑耗时25年才建成，16根圆柱形成的弧形立面是它最精彩的部分，兼顾了大气和精致。
白露里治奥古城，据称是宫崎骏笔下《天空之城》的原型，故又有“天空之城”的美誉。古城建于伊特鲁里亚文明时期，长约300米，宽200米，由于坐落于火山凝灰岩顶上，经几次地震塌陷后，到19世纪时只能靠一条约一公里的长桥与外界相连，从远处看像一座空中的城堡。

圣十字教堂是矗立于华沙市中心的一座巴洛克式风格天主教堂。教堂内有一些重量级名人的纪念碑和陵墓，例如：但丁、米开朗基罗、伽利略、马基维利、罗西尼等。
在绿草如茵的奇迹广场上，欣赏世界七大奇景之一，且姿态令人惊叹的比萨斜塔，观赏象征了比萨的黄金时代的由白色大理石建造的大教堂以及洗礼堂等名胜。
米开朗琪罗广场位于阿诺河南岸，佛罗伦萨市区南端的高地上，这里是俯瞰和拍摄佛罗伦萨全城美景的好位置，很多游客将其作为游览佛罗伦萨的起点站。米开朗琪罗广场建于1869年，由建筑设计师朱塞佩·波吉设计，用以纪念文艺复兴时期的伟大艺术家米开朗琪罗。波吉还设计了一座华丽的露台，现在是一家全景餐厅。起初计划在此开办米开朗琪罗作品的博物馆，不过此计划未能实现。在露台墙上有如下铭文：“佛罗伦萨建筑师朱塞佩波吉，这里是他的纪念碑”。现在的米开朗琪罗广场是一个大型停车场，大多数游人来此都是为了一睹佛罗伦萨的风景，你可以看到全城的风貌：圣母百花大教堂、乔托钟楼、巴杰罗美术馆、老桥等尽收眼底。这里也是观赏日出和日落的好位置，在朝阳或夕阳笼罩下，佛罗伦萨城焕发出不同的光彩。
圣母百花大教堂是天主教佛罗伦萨总教区的主教堂，也是世界上第三大教堂，由主教堂、钟楼和洗礼堂构成，不仅规模宏大，更是整个文艺复兴初期的代表性建筑。主教座堂有着十九世纪哥特复兴风格的立面，其外部使用色调深浅不同的白、绿和粉红多色的大理石块所铺砌而成，色彩斑斓而和谐。教堂的钟楼是哥特式建筑，高85米，由六层方型结构向上堆栈成柱形，外墙铺着白色大理石，纯净优雅，为巍峨的教堂带来更多的气势。
老桥又称旧桥，是意大利佛罗伦萨市内一座中世纪建造的石造拱桥，横跨在阿诺河上，毗领天主圣三桥和恩宠桥。老桥也被认为是意大利现存较古老的石造封闭拱肩圆弧拱桥，是佛罗伦萨有名的地标之一。桥上直到目前为止仍有商店存在。老桥至今有近千年的历史，较早时候老桥上的店铺为肉铺，因美蒂奇家族讨厌这一阵阵的臭味，便改造成了各种饰品店，现在多半是珠宝店和旅游纪念品贩卖店。据说老桥是但丁遇上心中所爱贝特莉丝的地方，但丁一共就只见过她两次面，却都是在这老桥上发生的，为了表达对女子的深刻爱恋，他倾注精力写出了《新生》。现在许多情侣会在桥的栏杆上挂同心锁，据说挂上锁并把钥匙丢进河里，情侣就能相爱一生。
维奇奥宫，又称旧宫，位于市政广场，是过去佛罗伦萨共和国的市政厅，建筑入口处装饰着带有城市徽章，以及米开朗基罗著名的雕塑作品《大卫》的复制品。意大利王国初期佛罗伦萨还是王国首都的时候，这里曾作为外交部和议会大厦。迁都罗马后，这里作为佛罗伦萨市政厅延续至今。大门的门楣上用拉丁语刻着“万王之王，万主之主”，这指的是耶稣基督，两旁的狮子和满墙的百合花都是佛罗伦萨的象征。

天使湾背倚英国人大道，因形似天使的翅膀而得名。天使湾是法国美丽的海滩之一，是消夏的好地方，爬上城堡从东面俯瞰，是欣赏天使湾的好角度。不到天使湾，枉来尼斯城，如果这世界上真有蓝色的月亮，那它一定就在尼斯的天使湾。
英国人散步大道由尼斯的英国殖民者于1822年修建，全长5公里，紧邻天使湾，连接尼斯机场和城堡丘陵。大道常年有棕榈树装点，两侧遍布名品店和豪华酒店。19世纪大数目的英国人为躲避酷寒的冬季选择尼斯天使湾为度假目的地。英国人刘易斯・卫在1820年发起社会募捐，将当时只有2米宽的步行街修建成如今规模的大道，并将“英国人ANGLAIS”作为大道的名字。

Drive to the Swiss border via the freeway in the morning. In the afternoon, we are about to arrive in Switzerland through Basel which is a key transportation hub for France, Germany, and Switzerland. After this, we will continue to the well-known city in central Switzerland, Lucerne. If we have enough time, you can have a sightseeing tour in Lucerne, visiting the famous Lion Monument that is a tribute to Swiss royalty and bravery as well as the landmark Chapel Bridge.
The wounded lion statue designed and carved by Danish sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen was built to commemorate the 786 Swiss officers and guards who died protecting King Louis XVI and Queen Marie during the French Revolution in 1792. It is intended to pray for world peace. There is a text describing the incident below the monument. The two intersecting corridors are in the shape of a cross, 198 meters long from north to south and 105 meters long from east to west. As a landmark of Venice, it is favored by tourists, photographers and even pigeons. There is a circle of exquisite Renaissance-style buildings on the edge of the square. St. Mark's Basilica, the Mint, and the Doge's Palace are located on the east side of the square. On the south side are the bell tower and the new and old parliament buildings. Climbing the bell tower, you can overlook the entire square.
The Church of St. Mark is a Serbian Orthodox church located in the Tašmajdan park in Belgrade. It was built in the Serbo-Byzantine style by the Krstić brothers and was completed in 1940. It was completed on the site of a previous church dating back to 1835. Today, it is one of the largest churches in the country.
The Bridge of Sighs is a Baroque-style stone bridge located on the side of the Doge's Palace. It is one of the most famous bridges in Venice. It is a sealed arch bridge building, and you can only look out through the small windows on the bridge. The two ends of the bridge connect the court and the prison. Death row prisoners pass through this bridge before execution and sigh about their impending life, hence the name "Bridge of Sighs". The current Bridge of Sighs is the bridge in the movie "Bridge of Sighs" where the exiled hero and heroine promised each other for life at sunset, thus sweeping away its gloomy and ominous atmosphere.

The Vittoriano Monument to the Unification of Italy (Il Vittoriano), also known as the Victor Emmanuel II Monument, is located on Piazza Venezia, Rome's largest square. Completed in 1911, it commemorates the unification of Italy and the patron saint of King Vittorio Emanuele II. Due to its shape and color, it has been nicknamed the "Wedding Cake" or "Typewriter." This neoclassical white marble structure took 25 years to complete. Its most striking feature is its curved facade, formed by 16 columns, which combines grandeur and sophistication.
The ancient city of Bagnoregio is said to be the prototype of Hayao Miyazaki's "Castle in the Sky", so it is also known as the "Castle in the Sky". The ancient city was built during the Etruscan civilization period. It is about 300 meters long and 200 meters wide. Because it is located on the top of volcanic tuff, it collapsed after several earthquakes. In the 19th century, it could only be connected to the outside world by a bridge about one kilometer long. This morning you will whizz to Florence. Visit the Piazzale Michelangelo located on the hill, from where you can have a bird view of the whole of Florence, the Renaissance city. In the afternoon, we will visit the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was originally used as the cathedral’s bell tower. However, while its ground was unstable, it still stood firm for centuries. This misfortune eventually makes it an interesting tourist attraction.

The Ponte Vecchio is a medieval stone closed-spandrel segmental arch bridge over the Arno, in Florence, Italy. Butchers, tanners, and farmers initially occupied the shops; the present tenants are jewellers, art dealers, and souvenir sellers. The Ponte Vecchio's two neighbouring bridges are the Ponte Santa Trinita and the Ponte alle Grazie.
Palazzo Vecchio, also known as the Old Palace, is located in Piazza del Comune. It was the town hall of the former Florentine Republic. The entrance of the building is decorated with the city emblem and a replica of Michelangelo's famous sculpture "David". In the early days of the Kingdom of Italy, when Florence was still the capital of the kingdom, it was used as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Parliament Building. After the capital was moved to Rome, it has continued to serve as the Florence City Hall to this day. The next station is the relaxing resort city— Nice. The beauty of the Bay of Angels and the famous Promenade des Anglais will absolutely surprise you.
We will continue our trip at Cannes, the world-renowned host city for the Cannes Film Festival. The star-studded pavement marked with handprints has witnessed international stars’ appearances in this city. I highly recommend taking photos at the festival venue.
An advanced industry in Southern France is its perfume. En route, we will meet a small town famous for perfume production. Our agenda is to stop here and visit local fragrance factories. The Bay of Angels is located on the Promenade des Anglais and is named after its shape resembling angel wings. The Bay of Angels is one of the beautiful beaches in France and a good place to spend the summer. Climbing up the castle and looking down from the east is a good angle to appreciate the Bay of Angels. If you don't visit the Bay of Angels, you will have wasted your trip to Nice. If there is a blue moon in the world, it must be in the Bay of Angels in Nice.
The Promenade des Anglais was built by the British colonists in Nice in 1822. It is 5 kilometers long and is located next to the Bay of Angels, connecting Nice Airport and the Castle Hill. The avenue is decorated with palm trees all year round, and is lined with famous brand shops and luxury hotels on both sides. In the 19th century, a large number of British people chose the Bay of Angels in Nice as their holiday destination to escape the cold winter. 1. 因客人个人原因提出取消行程，需要根据以下标准支付已经发生的旅游费用：
a. 出发日前 18 天或以上，不作任何费用扣除；其他加订酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司等规定而确定是否能退款。
b. 出发日前 17 - 10天内 ，需扣除全数团费 50%；其他加订酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司等规定而确定是否能退款。
c. 出发日前 9 天内 ，需扣除全数团费 100%；其他加订酒店、机票或服务需参照酒店或航司等规定而确定是否能退款。
2. 如按上述约定比例扣除的必要的费用低于实际发生的费用，旅游者按照实际发生的费用支付，但最高额不应当超过旅游费用总额。
3. 改签过的行程，客人如取消旅行的，取消条款需按照初始行程的出发日期计算
预定须知：
1. 18岁以下未成年人或儿童必须由成人陪伴参团。单独旅行的未成年人或儿童不能参加纵横海鸥的旅游团。参团儿童的监护人必须提供监护证明或者提供父母授权的参团同意书。若陪伴儿童的成人既不是儿童父母也不是儿童监护人，需要从儿童父母或监护人那里获取同意书，同意陪同儿童过境。同意书中需注明父母或监护人的姓名及联系方式。出于对孕妇安全的考虑，孕妇参团需在行程结束时怀孕不超过24周。70周岁（含）以上老人参团，须由70周岁以下、具备民事行为能力的成人全程陪同。80周岁（含）以上老人建议自行购买旅游保险。
2. 请您在预定时务必提供准确、完整的信息，包括姓名、性别、有效的证件（如护照、签证等），有效的联系方式（最好是手机，如有问题，方便通知）、准确的航班信息或参团地点等，以免产生预定错误，影响出行。如因您提供错误信息而造成损失，由您自行承担。
3. 酒店多为两张单人床的房型，每个房间可合法住宿2人，包括成人和儿童。部分酒店可三人入住一间房，房型为：三张单人床或两张单人床或一张大床+折叠床（具体房型因各酒店实际情况不同）；实际预定酒店没有以上房型，则安排其中一位客人与团上一位同性客人配房，如团上无同性客人可配房，则安排入住单人房。应部分酒店要求，每组参团客人需至少携带一张可在目的地使用的信用卡或借记卡，届时需根据酒店的不同规定配合刷卡办理押金收取和入住手续。如无个人消费，办理退房后酒店会在7-14个工作日内将押金原路返还。纵横海鸥保证客人的用房数量，但不保障具体房间类型和所处位置。酒店的入住时间通常在15:00以后。
4. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
5. 纵横海鸥有权在方便出团操作的情况下，对行程顺序进行适当调整以确保旅游团顺利进行，但不会减少行程中应包含的项目。
6. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
7. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。
8. 八岁以下儿童参团需乘坐安全座椅，纵横海鸥提供租借服务，租金$10.00/人/天，请务必在预定行程时提前备注告知，以便我们提前准备，如因客人未提前告知所造成的违规和罚金由客人自行承担，敬请理解。出行当日安排大巴出行无需安全座椅，费用可退还客人。
9. 行程中众多旅游景点需要参团人具备基本的健康条件。残疾人士报名参团前请提前联系纵横海鸥获取相关政策信息。若没有及时通知，我司不能保证为客人提供轮椅升降巴士或安排合适的座位。
10. 客人需自备入境或旅行途中跨境时所需要的相关证件和材料，能否出入境以各国海关的决定为准，无法入境属不可抗力因素，已付团费不能退还。
11. 纵横海鸥巴士团分为了四个等级：银榜惠享、金榜怡享、白金尊享、钻石臻享，详情请查看产品分级。
12. 纵横集团可能会多次修改参团条款和条件，并会在代理网站上及时公布最新版本。请游客在报名参团前务必仔细阅读《参团条例》。我司仅在这些条款和条件下履行义务，除非在此条例中或在法律中有特别规定，否则如果产生任何间接性，补偿性，偶然性或惩罚性损害都不做出赔偿。
13. 因欧洲环线产品整体车程较长，且涉及境外服务保障，为充分保障宾客出行安全与旅途体验，暂不接待80岁以上宾客。
出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。纵横海鸥竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 纵横海鸥有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。
5. 行程中的赠送项目，如因交通、天气等不可抗力因素导致不能赠送的、或因您个人原因不能参观的，费用不退，敬请谅解。
6. 根据相关法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，绝大多数酒店房间也禁止吸烟；酒店的清洁人员都受过专业训练，保安人员也会专业的留下证据，一旦被发现，会有每晚100-500欧元之间的清洁费用。这项费用由客人自己承担，我司概不负责。若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。
7. 纵横海鸥的所有行程一律不允许带宠物和动物参团。
8. 过境时需检查行李。游客需要在过境处向海关申报需缴纳关税的物品。纵横海鸥对过境的行李不承担看管责任。游客必须在过境处认领所有的行李才能继续行程。没有游客认领的行李不能过境。若不幸游客被拒绝入境，纵横海鸥不提供免费巴士送客。故请在参加跨境团前备齐相关证明和文件。
9. 欧洲昼夜温差大、每年平均温度最热超过30度的情况不超过两个月，且欧洲各国环保意识强，故至今欧洲部分酒店并不配备冷气空调，并非酒店设施不达标准，敬请谅解。
10. 仅针对包含接机服务的产品：同一订单仅提供一次免费接机时间范围内的接机服务，如因天气、航班延误等造成无法安排，请自理交通费用。

1. If a guest requests to cancel their trip due to personal reasons, they will need to pay the incurred travel expenses according to the following standards:
a. 18 days or more before the departure date, no fees will be deducted;If you additionally book hotels, air tickets or other services, whether refunds are available shall be subject to the relevant regulations of hotels, airlines and other service providers.

c. Within 9 days before departure, 100% of the total tour fee must be deducted;If you additionally book hotels, air tickets or other services, whether refunds are available shall be subject to the relevant regulations of hotels, airlines and other service providers.
If the necessary expenses deducted according to the above agreed proportion are lower than the actual expenses incurred, the tourist shall pay according to the actual expenses incurred, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total amount of tourism expenses.
If a guest cancels a previously rescheduled itinerary, the cancellation terms shall be calculated based on the departure date of the initial itinerary
Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip. For group tours, elderly individuals aged 70 or above must be accompanied by an adult of legal age (under 70) who has full civil capacity throughout the trip. Elderly people aged 80 and above are recommended to purchase travel insurance on their own.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Most hotels offer rooms with two single beds, and each room can legally accommodate two guests, including adults and children. Some hotels can accommodate three people in one room. The room type is: three single beds, two single beds or one double bed + a folding bed (the specific room type is different based on the hotel). If the actual booked hotel does not have the above room types, then you may arrange one of the guests to share a room with a same gender guest in the group. If there is no same gender guest in the group, a single room will be arranged. According to the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination for check-in procedure. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to the card within 7-14 working days after check-out.JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but it does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary.
8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
10. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
11. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions]on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
12. In view of the long driving distance and overseas service arrangements for European circular routes, guests aged over 80 shall not be accepted so as to safeguard guests' travel nvvel and travel.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room €100-€500 per night.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
8. Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday will not provide free transportation to a passenger denied entry across an international border.
9. European hotels emphasize the historical value of the building itself, so some hotels cannot be remodeled due to the architectural theme structure, resulting in different sizes of hotel rooms. If the hotel upgrades individual rooms due to insufficient standard rooms in the hotel, this situation is beyond our control and is not a differential treatment.
10. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
