皇宫又称东方宫，现今已不是皇室居住地，但仍是国王接待国宾的主要场所。皇宫的建筑融合了西班牙传统王室建筑风格和巴洛克建筑风格，整体呈正方形，每边长180米，由白色花岗岩筑成。
这里是马德里大区政府所在地，是马德里至繁华的商业区之一。太阳门广场中间是“零公里地标”，它是伊比利亚半岛的正中心标志。
位于埃布罗河南面，是萨拉戈萨旧城区的大广场，可以容纳500人，因广场上的皮拉尔圣母大教堂而得名，被趣称为萨拉戈萨的“城市客厅”。它也常被称为主教座堂广场（Plaza de las Catedrales），萨拉戈萨的两座主教座堂，萨拉戈萨耶稣救主大教堂和皮拉尔圣母圣殿大教堂都位于此。
马德里的马约尔广场，坐落在老城区最热闹的太阳们广场边上，是菲里普三世在1619年主持修建的，广场中央是菲里普三世英姿飒爽的骑马雕像。
集传统和创新于一身的圣米盖尔市场建于1916年，占地1200平方米，其钢铁和玻璃的建筑结构让人眼前一亮。市场经翻新后于2009年开放，这里是美食家的天堂，除了各类家常食物食材外，也有很多手工艺品和餐厅，也是游客喜爱的文化景观。
商场是西班牙规模最大的百货公司连锁集团之一，在这里可以买到各种大牌奢侈品的首饰、护肤品、香水、箱包、太阳镜，以及一些平价服饰、运动品牌等，最好先到它的服务中心，凭护照兑换一张外国人的优惠卡，几乎商场内的所有商品就可以优惠15%。
这座纪念碑高60米，是为纪念1492年哥伦布从美洲探险凯旋归来而建的。环绕柱体中部雕有五个凌空飞舞的女神，底座四周雕有八只巨大的黑狮，还有记载哥伦布航海事迹的碑文和当时资助他远征的国王费迪南德和王后的雕塑。圆柱顶端的哥伦布全身立像由蒙杰伊克城堡前的大炮熔化后铸铁制成，是世界上最大的哥伦布塑像，呈现出哥伦布凝神远望、右臂指向前方海洋的姿态。
这里是马德里及整个西班牙所有公路的零公里起点处，最初16世纪时国王菲利浦二世设立的。在西班牙，条条大路通向太阳门。于是在市政大楼前的人行道上有一个由磁砖所拼成的半圆型图形记号，记号中间是西班牙地图，上面写着KM 0，地图正中间有各指不同方向的两个指针交接处画0，它的另一个名称是：西班牙的肚脐。
具有11个圆顶的皮拉尔圣母教堂是萨拉戈萨的标志，关于它有着种种美丽的故事。最初为哥特式教堂建筑，在增建、翻修和装饰过程中局部加入了银匠式、巴洛克式等艺术式样。教堂在14 世纪建造完成，中央祭坛的装饰屏风为15世纪作品，基督受难的织锦画作于15-16 世纪。

早上起程前往热情迷人的巴塞罗那，抵达后游览最具代表性的圣家族大教堂，此教堂是无人不晓的建筑奇才高迪的旷世杰作；继往西甲劲旅巴塞罗那球队主场鲁营球场外观拍照留念及购买纪念品(鲁营球场正进行改建工程，不排除取消前往)。游毕转赴蒙朱伊克山丘上的奥林匹克运动会场参观，一九九二年奥林匹克运动会在此举行，从山丘上更可俯瞰市区全景。下午转到位于市中心繁华热闹的蓝布拉斯大道及加泰隆尼亚广场游览，是游客必到的打卡热点。

天才艺术家高迪的代表作，不仅被列入了联合国世界文化遗产，也是众多游客心目中的圣地。教堂三座立面以宏伟而协调的手法呈现，线条简洁利落，教堂门墙上的浮雕展示出圣经的故事，形同活物，教堂内部以洞穴、山脉、花草动物为灵感的设计又给教堂增添了神秘韵律，令人印象深刻。
萨拉戈萨由是奥古斯都大帝建立的罗马城市演变而来，仍保留许多古罗马时期的城墙遗址，不同时代的教堂、桥梁、钟楼、宫殿等等。
国家宫建于1929年万国博览会前，是蒙锥克山脚下的重要建筑。站在西班牙广场上望向蒙锥克山，首先映入眼帘的就是国家宫的雄伟建筑。国家宫的设计灵感来自于西班牙文艺复兴时期的古典风格，由一个矩形主楼体，外加两个侧楼体和一个后楼体组成，与后楼体相配的是位于中部的椭圆形穹隆屋顶。
蒙锥克山是位于巴塞罗那西南部的一座树林繁茂的小山，是俯瞰巴塞罗那全景的好去处。山上有一个平台可以俯瞰整个巴塞罗那，能够看到哥伦布纪念塔，圣家堂大教堂，巴塞罗那大教堂，港口，海滩。
位于巴塞罗那东南隅的奥林匹克港，是1992年巴塞罗那奥运会时奥运村的中心地带，也是巴塞罗那新兴的住宅区和水上运动区。岸边数座五星级酒店，港口停泊着数以百计的私家游艇，港口附近的奥运村有着超过2000座运动员公寓，现已归当地富人私有。
高迪广场位于西班牙巴塞罗那市区北部，占地20公顷，建于1900-1914年，是建筑师高迪的代表作之一，1984年被联合国科教文组织列为世界文化遗产。这里是高迪建筑风格的杰出代表作，体现了他对自然元素的热爱和对传统建筑形式的突破，吸引着来自世界各地的游客和建筑爱好者来参观和欣赏，感受他的独特魅力和巴塞罗那的文化底蕴。
诺坎普体育场位于西班牙巴塞罗那市内，属于西甲球队巴塞罗那的主场。诺坎普球场是整个欧洲大陆最大的体育场，原来能容纳观众98,000人，在1982年的西班牙世界杯时，体育场的座位增加到了120,000个。它也是世界第二大体育场，仅次于具有传奇色彩的巴西的马拉卡纳体育场。目前，现代化的通用设备使它成为全欧洲最好的足球场地。在1998至99赛季，欧洲足协授予它“五星级”球场称号。
奥林匹克体育场坐落在巴塞罗那市区的蒙锥克山上，站在体育场门口，可以俯瞰巴塞罗那市景。这里是1992年巴塞罗那奥运会的主赛场，奥运会的开、闭幕式和田径比赛都在这里举行。流线型的火炬塔就在体育场北侧入口处，在此想象当年开幕式，安东尼奥·雷波洛射箭点燃奥运圣火的壮观仪式。
大道中部全是花店和凉亭。这是一条充满生机和色彩的大街，在中间的人行道上可以在各种摊位，花店和商店间漫步。这条大道全程超过一公里，从加泰隆尼亚广场起，到哥伦布瞭望塔为止。其中各路段有不同的名字。这里常被游客和巴塞隆纳本地人光顾，永远热闹非凡。此外，经常有街头艺人表演，与其他瞬息万变的演出一起使兰布拉斯大道变为巴塞隆纳难忘的微缩景观之旅。始建于十八世纪，源自于巴塞隆纳的中世纪城墙。如今包含了许多巴塞罗那的重要建筑。
加泰罗尼亚广场是巴塞隆纳的中心广场，也是最主要的景点之一。是西班牙最大的广场之一，也是巴塞隆纳生活核心之一，许多重要大街如兰布拉斯大道、格拉西亚大街或圣佩雷圆环都从这里出发。场地很大，全年都有表演、展览和商品交易会或流行卖场。此外，这里是巴塞隆纳主要商业区之一，也是多种交通方式的枢纽。广场中央有巨大的场地，周围有园景和林景。其中有两个被露台隔开的双子喷泉和一些重要艺术家的雕塑作品，主要是加泰隆尼亚艺术家。

早上出发沿海岸线前往西班牙第三大城市瓦伦西亚，历史上瓦伦西亚一直充当西班牙通往地中海的门户，是商业、文化的集中地；当时的瓦伦西亚光芒四射，吸引阿拉伯人频繁进出，令瓦伦西亚享有其他城市不曾拥有的繁荣及光彩。今日的华伦西亚虽已退却光环，但仍是商贸展览会举办的重要城市，而每年在三月举行的法亚火节令其声名远播，闻名世界的西班牙海鲜大锅饭正是发源于此。抵步后游览旧城区的市政广场、古城门及瓦伦西亚大教堂，教堂最引人注目的，是南翼礼拜堂所收藏的玛瑙杯，传说这杯是耶稣最后晚餐所使用的圣杯。游毕，朝白色海岸渡假城市阿利坎特进发，下榻酒店。
佩尼斯科拉位于西班牙橙花海岸，是西班牙美丽的小镇之一，因有着美丽的海景和中世纪的古堡而闻名。小镇三面环海，有着的观海视野，这里不仅能在清晨看到第一缕阳光穿破云层照向大海的瞬间，也能捕捉落日的后一抹余晖，美丽的伊尔塔山脉巍峨耸立，是摄影爱好者向往之地。1411年教皇卢纳因为向往这座小镇的美好，特地移居此地整整18年直到退位。
圣女广场是老城区的地标之一，粉色的外墙面和圆锥尖顶，很有特色。
这是一栋悠久的古建筑，经过了古罗马神庙、阿拉伯清真寺、基督教教堂的变迁过程，是西班牙这个国家历史变迁的见证。正因为如此，这座教堂也包含了罗马式、哥特式、文艺复兴、巴洛克、新古典主义等多种建筑艺术风格，非常值得观赏。

早上起程前往安达鲁西亚省内华达山脉山麓的历史古城格拉那达，这城曾先后被西哥特人、阿拉伯人统治过，更是阿拉伯摩尔皇朝在伊比利亚半岛统治八百年之最后据点，十五世纪费南廸国王成功将阿拉伯人驱逐，完成统一西班牙大业，留下了多种文明和文化的遗迹，抵步后，游览摩尔人在「黄金时代」所遗留下之产物「阿尔罕布拉宫」（又称红宫），精致细腻的建筑、清新脱俗的格调，惊世之美令人赞赏，提前订好门票的团友可进入内部参观，没有门票的团友可在不收费范围参观和到旧城区游覧。游毕前往著名渡假胜地太阳海岸，黄昏抵达白屋小村米哈斯游览，经典的安达卢西亚山城景色，远眺太阳海岸的美景。住宿于艺术大师毕加索故乡马拉加或邻近城市。(说明：冬季日照较短，如时间不足，白屋小村米哈斯改为次日早上前往)

阿尔罕布拉宫是中世纪摩尔人在西班牙建立的格拉纳达王国的王宫，其名字来自于阿拉伯语，意为“红堡”。该宫城是伊斯兰教世俗建筑与造园技艺完美结合的建筑名作，是阿拉伯式宫殿庭院建筑的优秀代表。1984年作为文化遗产列入《世界遗产名录》。阿尔罕布拉宫主要由要塞部分的阿卡萨巴城堡、纳塞瑞斯皇宫及作为夏宫的赫内拉里菲宫组成，其中的狮子庭院、爱神木中庭等都也是不容错过的景点。
小镇米哈斯拥有十分赏心悦目的白色房屋，白墙配上红瓦，整个镇子沿着坡度平缓的山麓展开，纯洁无暇的白色景观，吸引着摄影爱好者的到来。蓝天、白墙、褐色山丘为主题的米哈斯，是一座著名的阿拉伯风格旅游城镇，游人置身米哈斯山谷，可以切身体验纯正的地中海风情，令人心旷神怡。

早上前往悬崖浪漫山城龙达，犹如天空之城般既壮观又奇幻，惊心动魄峭壁古桥的浪漫让龙达成为海明威笔下最适合蜜月与私奔的小镇，吸引无数旅客前来游览，是西班牙南部著名景点之一。随后转赴安达鲁西亚自治区灵魂城市塞维利亚，此城曾是回教皇朝的首都，安达鲁西亚文化的守护天使，佛朗明哥舞蹈的发源地，于一九九二年举办过世界博览会；抵步后游览建于十六世纪的大教堂，在主礼祭坛旁是哥伦布的陵墓，为表扬这位伟大航海家发现新大陆的功劳；游罢造访曾经是回教宫殿及西班牙王朝的宫殿之一的阿卡萨城堡，此宫殿于一九八七年被联合国列入世界文化遗产，这座建筑经历回教及天主教王朝，前后的巧妙配搭形成世上最复杂及美丽建筑之一，随后漫步圣十字区、黄金塔及玛利亚路易莎公园，此处是一九九二年世界博览会所在地，西班牙广场精雕细琢的瓷画细说昔日西班牙的历史及风采。

玛利亚路易莎公园是塞维利亚的城市大公园，法国景观设计师佛莱斯帖为1929年在此举行的伊比利亚美洲国际展览会专门设计。一种叫做“新塞维利亚式”或“新阿拉伯式”的西班牙独有的园林建筑风格自此诞生，并在20世纪前30年对西班牙所有公立公园的建筑设计产生重要影响。
塞维利亚大教堂是一座哥特式的大教堂，由墙顶部带许多尖柱的围墙环绕屋顶上向上耸立的尖塔而成的建筑。是位居世界第三的大教堂，1987年被联合国教科文组织宣布为世界文化遗产。哥伦布的灵柩1898年在运回西班牙后，埋葬在教堂内。
圣十字区是塞维利亚古老的犹太区，也是西班牙塞维利亚市中心的一个著名街区和主要旅游目的地，拥有粉刷成白色的房屋，府邸，和庭院。
黄金塔是塞维利亚辉煌的航海史的见证，控制着通往塞维利亚的水路保护王宫。黄金塔因以金色瓷砖贴面而得名，现在虽然瓷砖已经没有了，但在斜阳下仍显得金光闪闪。
龙达是伟大的斗牛艺术的发源地。漫步龙达的大街小巷，亲身感觉当地人们悠闲自在与世无争的生活。参观著名的龙达天然断崖，踱步于连接新老城区的石桥，下方是万丈深渊，远处是无限美丽的风景。外观西班牙古老的斗牛场，这里是斗牛士们朝圣的地方，西班牙现今的斗牛方式就是在这座斗牛场诞生的。
塞维利亚王宫集宫殿与城堡于一身，是欧洲最古老的皇家宫殿，1987年被列为世界遗产。在这座建筑中，可以同时看到哥特式建筑元素和伊斯兰粘土建筑风格，成为穆德哈尔式建筑的典范。这里还是电视剧《权力的游戏》中多恩的马泰尔家族的皇宫庭园拍摄地。

早上起程朝葡萄牙国境进发，越境后预计下午首先抵达欧洲大陆最西端的天涯海角「罗卡角」，团友除了感受茫茫大西洋的浩翰气势外，还可购买纪念证书，证明曾经踏足欧洲西端尽头，极具纪念价值。游毕转赴首都里斯本，游览市内名胜贝伦古塔、象征葡萄牙为昔日开启航海时代的先驱及对发现新大陆的航海家纪念碑、之后前往热罗尼莫斯修道院，一窥十六世纪葡萄牙海权极盛时期所遗留下之曼奴尔式建筑外观，游罢送往里马露茜广场及庞布广场一带自由活动，团友若有兴趣可于百年老饼店品尝正宗葡式蛋挞。
里斯本西郊的海边，参观“大陆的尽头、海洋的开始”，罗卡角和记载精确经纬度的纪念碑。眺望一望无际的大西洋，呼吸着清新的海风，令人心旷神怡。
1983年被国际教科文组织正式评定为世界文化遗产。里斯本的标志，这里是葡萄牙前海关。是启航的起点、归航的终点。当地水手流行一句话：回航时如果看到贝伦塔，就到家了。

The monument is 60 meters high and was built to commemorate Columbus' triumphant return from his expedition to America in 1492. In the morning, we will start our journey and cross into Portugal. Our first stop will be the Cape Roca, the westernmost part of Europe. While admiring the magnificence of Atlantic, you can buy a special certificate to commemorate this wonderful experience. After that we will head to Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, to visit the splendid Belem Tower. Then, we will explore the Monument to the Navigators that symbolizes Portugal’s historic role as a pioneer of the Age of Exploration. Next, the Jeronimos Monastery will give us a fascinating glimpse of the Manueline Architecture, which is a great treasure of Portugal in the 16thcentury. After our tour, we will go to the Plaza de Maria Pita and Plaza Pompidou. Belém Tower, officially the Tower of Saint Vincent is a 16th-century fortification located in Lisbon. It was built during the height of the Portuguese Renaissance and is a prominent example of the Portuguese Manueline style. It also incorporates hints of other architectural styles. The structure was built from lioz limestone and is composed of a bastion, a 30-metre (98.4 ft), four-storey tower. Since 1983, the tower has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one that you must discover.
The Portuguese Maritime Monument was built in 1960. It stands on the square by the sea. It is magnificent and has become a symbol of Portugal. From a distance, the monument's solid base looks like a white stone sailboat sailing on the sea, which makes people imagine. In terms of details, the exquisite stone carvings of figures on the base are exquisitely crafted and can be called a masterpiece. The monument is engraved with statues of Henry, Da Gama and 80 other sailors. On both sides are some navigators who set out with him, as well as famous generals, missionaries and scientists in Portuguese history. Behind the monument is a large cross symbolizing religious beliefs.
The Monastery of Saint Jerónimos is a magnificent monastery located in the Belém district of Lisbon, Portugal. It can be said to be a treasure of architectural art from the heyday of Portugal. It was built to commemorate the discovery of the sea route to India by the Portuguese. The famous navigator Vasco da Gama is also buried here. 4. 参团客人需跟团上导游购买门票，不可自行带票或使用City Pass。景点的门票费和团上餐费可能会根据景点官方的临时通知而变动，以当日景点公布的价格为准。
5. 纵横海鸥有权在方便出团操作的情况下，对行程顺序进行适当调整以确保旅游团顺利进行，但不会减少行程中应包含的项目。
6. 实际出行过程中，导游或司机有权根据天气、交通等情况，适当调整景点的游览顺序、停留时间或集合时间以确保行程顺利进行。
7. 如遇景点临时关闭或节假日（感恩节、圣诞节、新年）关闭等，导致无法参观，导游会根据实际情况调整为外观或以其他景点代替以确保行程的丰富性。各景点及国家公园的开放时间及流量控制会因疫情不时变化，如影响行程属不可抗力因素，敬请谅解。

10. 客人需自备入境或旅行途中跨境时所需要的相关证件和材料，能否出入境以各国海关的决定为准，无法入境属不可抗力因素，已付团费不能退还。

出行须知：
1. 为保障行程顺利完整，游客有责任严格遵守导游给出的集合时间。如果距离集合时间超过十分钟，车子将离开不予等待。纵横海鸥竭诚提供准时准点服务，但如遇到天气、交通、机械故障、罢工、政府停摆以及战争和恐怖袭击等不可控因素，我司无法保证按时按点到达接送地点。由此原因导致的行程延误进而给客人带来任何的不便或产生相关航班、火车或大巴费用以及其他旅游费用等额外费用的，我司概不负责。
2. 纵横海鸥有权在方便出团操作的情况下，在途中将游客从原车换到另一辆车并指派不同导游和司机提供服务。
3. 以下建议会帮助您更快更好的登记报到：需携带有效身份证件( 内附照片)；请出示纸质版或电子版行程单。
4. 该产品是团体活动，如您选择中途离团，请提前告知并征得导游同意，需签署离团协议书，未完成部分将被视为您自行放弃，团费不予退还。
5. 行程中的赠送项目，如因交通、天气等不可抗力因素导致不能赠送的、或因您个人原因不能参观的，费用不退，敬请谅解。
6. 根据相关法律，参团期间车上禁止吸烟，绝大多数酒店房间也禁止吸烟；酒店的清洁人员都受过专业训练，保安人员也会专业的留下证据，一旦被发现，会有每晚100-500欧元之间的清洁费用。这项费用由客人自己承担，我司概不负责。若有吸烟需要，请到专门的吸烟区。

8. 过境时需检查行李。游客需要在过境处向海关申报需缴纳关税的物品。纵横海鸥对过境的行李不承担看管责任。游客必须在过境处认领所有的行李才能继续行程。没有游客认领的行李不能过境。若不幸游客被拒绝入境，纵横海鸥不提供免费巴士送客。故请在参加跨境团前备齐相关证明和文件。
9. 欧洲昼夜温差大、每年平均温度最热超过30度的情况不超过两个月，且欧洲各国环保意识强，故至今欧洲部分酒店并不配备冷气空调，并非酒店设施不达标准，敬请谅解。

1. If a guest requests to cancel their trip due to personal reasons, they will need to pay the incurred travel expenses according to the following standards:

Know Before You Book
1. Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. A guardian traveling with children must provide proof of custody or notarized parental authorization for travel. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip. For group tours, elderly individuals aged 70 or above must be accompanied by an adult of legal age (under 70) who has full civil capacity throughout the trip. Elderly people aged 80 and above are recommended to purchase travel insurance on their own.
2. Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
3. Most hotels offer rooms with two single beds, and each room can legally accommodate two guests, including adults and children. Some hotels can accommodate three people in one room. The room type is: three single beds, two single beds or one double bed + a folding bed (the specific room type is different based on the hotel). If the actual booked hotel does not have the above room types, then you may arrange one of the guests to share a room with a same gender guest in the group. If there is no same gender guest in the group, a single room will be arranged. According to the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination for check-in procedure. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to the card within 7-14 working days after check-out.JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday guarantee the number of rooms for guests but it does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
4. This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
5. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
6. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary.
8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
10. Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure factor, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded.
11. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our agents’ website. It is your responsibility to check the [Terms & Conditions]on their website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, JUPITER LEGEND Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
12. In view of the long driving distance and overseas service arrangements for European circular routes, guests aged over 80 shall not be accepted so as to safeguard guests' travel nvvel and travel.
Know Before You Go
1. The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While JUPITER LEGEND Corporation makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation is not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
2. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
3. The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
4. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
5. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
6. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room €100-€500 per night.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
8. Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday will not provide free transportation to a passenger denied entry across an international border.
9. European hotels emphasize the historical value of the building itself, so some hotels cannot be remodeled due to the architectural theme structure, resulting in different sizes of hotel rooms. If the hotel upgrades individual rooms due to insufficient standard rooms in the hotel, this situation is beyond our control and is not a differential treatment.
10. Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
