Abbaye Notre-Dame de Sénanque is a Cistercian abbey near the village of Gordes in the département of the Vaucluse in Provence, France. If you're searching for that classic postcard shot of the medieval abbey surrounded by a sea of purple lavender, look no further. This sublime Cistercian abbey provides one of the most iconic shots of the Luberon, and it's equally popular these days for selfies. The best displays are usually in July and August.

Loire Valley is a region located southwest of Paris and is known as the "Garden of France". There are more than 300 castles here, and the rich environment nurtured by the river makes it a travel destination that combines humanity and nature. The castle complex was first built in the 10th century for military defense purposes. Over the following 500 years, French kings and nobles built more and more luxurious castles here. In 2020, the Loire Valley was listed as a World Cultural Heritage Site.

Pamplona is located in the fertile agricultural area on the west bank of the Arga River. The population including the suburbs is 186,000 (1982). The surrounding area is rich in wheat, grapes, vegetables, etc. There are industries such as food, ceramics, machinery, and papermaking. It is famous for handmade wineskins and sandals.

Placed on the first list of historical monuments in France in 1840, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981, Chambord is one of the most amazing constructions of the Renaissance. Among the many innovative designs of the Château de Chambord, the most eye-catching and outstanding architectural element is the double spiral staircase. It is the main tower, the central element of the castle, and symbolizes eternal renewal and rejuvenation. The peculiarity of this is that when two people use the stairs at the same time, although they can catch a glimpse of each other, they will never meet. This staircase always amazes and amazes visitors to the Chateau de Chambord.

We’ll begin our tour at Avignon in the morning, which is reputed as the City of Popes. After the Vatican relocated here in 1309, this city witnessed the glorious history of seven popes until 1377. The famous Palais des Papes was also built during this period. Avignon is a symbolic city of French art and history. In the afternoon, we will head to the Stone Village - Gordes, which is impressive in the work A Year in Provence. Gordes is also known as the Floating Village or Sky City in that it seems to float above the ground. Built in the Middle Ages, it consists of countless stacked limestone. Afterward, the next destination is Abbaye de Sénanque, in which we can visit the Lavender Museum en route. The story line of A Year in Provence unfolds with Abbaye de Sénanque as a setting, which is also a landmark in Provence.
(Special note: Lavender is seasonal. The best time to enjoy its beauty is June, July and August. Due to climate change, growth cycle and harvest events, exuberant lavender fields can not be guaranteed.)
Among the colorful colors of Provence, the purple hue created by lavender is the most attractive. Lavender is a small purple-blue flower, also known as the "tranquil perfume plant". Its English name "Lavender" is derived from the Latin "Lavar", which means "washing". The Lavender Museum was founded in 1991. Its exhibitions are rich, interesting and educational, which is very exciting. Visitors can immerse themselves in the world of lavender through short films, personal collections, program activities, etc. prepared by the museum. The museum will mainly introduce the process of lavender planting and essential oil extraction, and let everyone know about the history, growth and products of lavender. At the same time, you can also learn about the production history of lavender spices and various lavender oil extraction production equipment.

The Pope's Palace is located on the banks of the Rhone River in Avignon. It is the largest medieval Gothic building in Europe. It is because of its existence that Avignon has become a religious capital. It is a building that combines a palace and a military fortress, standing high in the ancient city. The Pope's Palace is divided into two parts: the old palace and the new palace. The old palace is simple and unpretentious, belonging to the Roman architectural style; the new palace is magnificent and is a typical Gothic building. The exterior of the building is defended by a magnificent tower and heavily guarded. Ten towers dominate the palace. Previously, the statues and furnishings inside the palace were almost completely destroyed and looted. Now, from the wide, high-ceilinged conference hall and the intricately carved ceiling above the Pope's bedroom, you can vaguely imagine what it looked like in its glorious period. Climbing to the highest point of the Pope's Palace, you can see the entire ancient city.

In the morning, we will head to Arles, a small town known as Van Gogh’s muse. As Arles was marked as a priority development city in the Roman Empire, it is home to ancient Roman heritages. The story of prestigious artist Van Gogh makes the town more vigorous. With merely a year of stay, though, Van Gogh created more than 200 oil paintings here and it marked the golden year of his creation. The Langlois Bridge at Arles with Women Washing, Cafe Terrace at Night, and Vincent’s Bedroom in Arles are the most well-known masterpieces. Visiting these sites after admiring the work mentioned above, you will amaze with the vividness and verisimilitude of his work. Next, we will stroll along the Southern France highways toward the France-Spanish Border and cross into Spanish to travel to the coastal city - Barcelona, Catalonia province. Time permitting, you will enjoy wonderful dinner at the Olympic Beach.
Langlois Bridge is a double-beam drawbridge in Arles, France, which was the subject of several paintings by Vincent van Gogh in 1888. Being one of eleven drawbridges built by a Dutch engineer along the channel from Arles to Port-de-Bouc, this bridge might have reminded the artist of his homeland.

Nestled on a hillside, this monastery was a retreat for Benedictine monks and one of Catalonia's most important religious sites, where one can pay homage to Our Lady of the Black, the patron saint of Catalonia.

The masterpiece of the genius artist Gaudi is not only listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage, but also a holy place in the minds of many tourists. The three facades of the church are presented in a magnificent and coordinated manner, with simple and neat lines. The reliefs on the door and wall of the church show the stories of the Bible, which are like living creatures. The design of the interior of the church, inspired by caves, mountains, flowers, plants and animals, adds a mysterious rhythm to the church, which is impressive.

The middle of the avenue is full of flower shops and pavilions. This is a street full of life and colour, with a central sidewalk where you can stroll among the various stalls, florists and shops. The avenue is over one kilometer long, starting from Plaza Catalunya and ending at the Columbus Tower. Each section of the road has a different name. Frequented by tourists and Barcelona locals, this place is always bustling with activity. 2.

1)如遇天气、战争、罢工、地震等人力不可抗力因素无法游览,我社将按照旅行社协议,退还未产生的费用,但赠送项目费用不退;

If you agree with the room-sharing arrangement, you waive the right to object or request changes to the room assignment post-confirmation. If you choose a single room, you are required to pay a supplement fee according to the specific itinerary.
2. Since the accommodation adjustment is an additional service arrangement, please understand that we cannot assist you in sharing rooms.
3. **78 € is the charge standard for one child aged from 2 to 11. If two adults and one child are traveling together, we will upgrade the room to a triple room or add an extra bed if possible. (Triple rooms can be: double bed +sofa bed, twin beds + sofa bed, three single beds, double bed + 1 single bed, etc., subject to actual arrangement.)
**If one adult is traveling with one child aged 2-11, they will be charged the standard rate for two adults and will be arranged to stay in a standard room to avoid inconveniencing other tourists. If two adults and two children are traveling together, they will be charged the rate for four adults. Both rooms will be arranged with one adult and one child per room. The child will be charged the adult rate if they occupy a bed.
4. Guests aged 70 or above and guests under 18 should be accompanied by an adult relative or friend under 65 to join the tour. Both parties must sign a "Participation Disclaimer Commitment" to ensure mutual interests. We suggest that the accompanying relatives or friends purchase the corresponding insurance products for the elderly before joining the tour. We have the right to reject guests without an accompanying adult. Adults accompanying minors should be responsible for fulfilling custody and ensuring the safety of minors; any consequences caused by the minor’s own actions or negligence of the accompanying adult shall be borne by the guests solely.
5. Guests who are pregnant must truthfully disclose their pregnancy during the booking process. The pregnant guests after week 24 of pregnancy are not suggested to join the trip; however, if they insist on participating, they must be accompanied by a family member and sign a Disclaimer while the company reserves the right to deny participation accordingly. For those within 24 weeks of pregnancy insisting on participating, they must be accompanied by a family member and sign a Participation Statement while the company reserves the right to deny participation accordingly. 11. The company reserves the right to accept or decline any booking application with no obligation to provide reasons or explanations.
Special Reminders
1. The tour will proceed with a minimum of one participant. Please thoroughly review all relevant precautions before booking. Based on a full understanding of the hardship of a journey and the limited medical conditions during the trip, guests can sign up for this tour determining that their physical conditions are suitable to participate.
2. This is an open-loop journey, and it is possible that the guests, guides, and drivers on your team may also change during the trip. If you choose the room-sharing service, your roommate may also change along the journey. Our company will arrange a same-sex roommate by default. Note: Although roommates are arranged by our company, their personalities and behaviors are their own responsibility and have nothing to do with our company. In the event of any differences in habits or disputes, our company and guides will not be responsible for mediating or intervening.
3. The bus type will change according to the number of participants. If the number is extremely small, we may arrange public transportation or a minibus driven by the guide for certain stages of the journey. For safety reasons, the European Transportation Department mandates that each child, regardless of his or her age, must occupy a seat. Since most buses are not equipped with child safety seats, parents traveling with children under 3 are suggested to bring their own. A child safety seat can only occupy one seat, and we cannot guarantee that all personal child safety seats will be compatible with the tour buses. Please take note of this.
4. Traveling in Europe differs from traveling in other countries around the world. Most tourist attractions are not accessible by tour buses and require visitors to walk around for sightseeing. If a guest has limited mobility to join the group in walking activities, he or she may have to wait in the vehicle at certain sites, and no refunds will be issued for such circumstances; acceptance of this term is assumed when the registration is made.
5.Due to the limited luggage storage space in the buses, each guest can bring a single luggage of up to 30kg.
6.We reserve the right to fine tune the detailed schedule on the itinerary. In some exceptional circumstances (including mechanical issues, traffic delays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, sporting or religious events, protests, or other complicated situation), we also reserve the right to adjust the tourist attractions in the original itinerary or the order of the tour.
7. If guests fail to appear at the designated times or locations( at the beginning of the tour or during the tour), any resulting issues, missed services and economic losses should be borne by the guests themselves.
8. All guests including adults and children must wear safety belts while the bus is in motion. To keep the bus clean, no drinks, food, or alcohol will be allowed on the bus. Please don’t leave your valuables on the bus even when the bus is locked, for our company bears no liabilities for the loss or theft of any item or luggage left in the bus.
9.Guests voluntarily participating in hazardous activities (including rock climbing, mountaineering, rafting, diving, bungee jumping, etc.) are assumed to bear all responsibilities of property damage, personal injury or other disputes therefrom. Our company shall not be liable.
10. Guests with poor health conditions should ask for doctors’ medical suggestions on participating in this tour and prepare for necessary medications and first-aid supplies according to their conditions. Our company bears no liability for any results caused by their pre-existing diseases. Our company also reserves the right to terminate the contract if a guest has contagious diseases endangering others, carries hazardous items and refuses to hand them over to relevant authorities, engages in illegal or immoral activities, engages in activities that seriously infringe upon the rights of other guests or violates any other stipulated laws.
11. Given that some bus types might not be able to transport a wheelchair, we are sorry that we cannot accept bookings from wheelchair users. Kindly note this restriction when booking.
12. If there is any medical emergency, guests notify the staff immediately, and our company will assist in sending the guest to the closest local medical institution for examination and treatment. Guests with hearing or visual impairments must be accompanied by a healthy travel companion to join the tour. Individuals with mental illnesses or without the ability to control their own behaviors cannot sign up for the tour.
13. If guests have any subsequent travel plan that requires a transfer for other transportation when the group tour ends, we strongly suggest a buffer time of at least 3 hours to avoid unpredictable postponement brought about by the group tour. Our company will be liable for any losses incurred by insufficient buffer time. If guests choose to depart on their own, return, or leave the tour in any circumstance or for personal reasons, our company will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or expenses incurred due to the delay of transportation or other reasons that prevent them from joining the scheduled itinerary or accommodation.
14. As some guests might be allergic to pets and some hotels do not allow pets on the premises, participants are not allowed to bring pets on the tour. Please make alternative care arrangements for your pets in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Guide service commences at the start of the tour. Guide service is not included during the additional accommodation excluded in the itinerary, free-time activities period, as well as on a tour-included train or other regular transportation.
2. There are circumstance where our guides cannot provide commentary outside the bus due to local regulations in some cities. Thus the guides will provide you with tour information as reference during your free time before you leave the bus.
About Hotels
1. Check-in and check-out times vary by hotels. However, check-in time for most hotels is usually 2 pm or 3 pm. Please present your tour voucher at the hotel reception when you check in. Check-out time for most hotels is usually 10 am.
2. We cannot guarantee that all hotels offer a double room with a king-size bed. In some hotels, a twin room usually consists of one large bed and a sofa bed/or extra bed.
3. We cannot guarantee you the hotel for your extended-stay will be the same the group hotel. It will be confirmed as the date approaches.
4. Breakfast is provided in all European hotels, typically offered as a simple continental one; (continental breakfast usually includes coffee or tea, juice, bread, and jam)
5. European hotels have smaller room sizes and offer fewer extensive facilities and services than those in Asia and North America. Guests are suggested to bring their own toiletries.
6. Due to the large day-and-night temperature difference, the total days with temperature exceeding 30 degrees Celsius are less than 2 months, and strong environmental awareness across European countries, some European hotels do not provide air conditioning, which does not indicate substandard facilities. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Transportation Policy

2) European law stipulates that a driver cannot drive more than 10 hours per day and must have at least 12 consecutive hours of rest every day. Drivers must take a 20-minute break after every two hours of driving.
3) Please note that there are strict work time limits in European laws. If you have any request for extra service that requires the driver to work overtime, consent from the driver and overtime charges of 50 - 200 euros or pounds per hour will be a must. To ensure a smooth trip, please respect the driver’s schedule and avoid delays.
4) According to the environmental protection rules in Europe, to avoid air pollution, drivers are not allowed to turn on the air conditioner when the vehicle is not in motion. Your understanding is appreciated.
5) For your safety, do not walk around when the vehicle is in motion. Our company and transportation companies shall not be liable for any injury caused by violating this rule.
Refund Policy
1) In case of force majeure events (e.g., adverse weather, war, strikes, earthquakes), we will refund the unincurred expenses according to the travel agency agreement. However, fees for gift items will not be refunded.

Shopping and Tax Refund Policy
1) No compulsory shopping will be arranged throughout the tour;
2) Please carefully verify the quantity, model, and quality of the goods on site after you get the goods you have purchased. Requests for exchanges/refunds after departure may face complicated procedures , and whether they can be realized depends on the specific situation;
3) Tax refunds (VAT reclaims) are a European policy. To protect your interest, our guides will give you a specific introduction. Please listen to the guides’ suggestions carefully.
4) Shopping is a personal act. If the guests fail to complete the refund in time due to contractual problems between shops and Customs or other reasons related to the airports (e.g.. delay of the plane, bank closing, urgent inspection time of the customs), our company bears no liability to the refund business.

Please thoroughly review the European Tax Refund Guide, and complete the refund formalities independently. Airport Transfer Service Notes
(1) The airport transfer services are provided as group services. Drivers are only responsible for the transfers between airports and group hotels.
(2) Guests who have booked the transfer service should confirm if the information (name and phone number) on the voucher is correct and if the phone number is roaming-enabled in Europe.
(3) After the arrival of guests’ flights, it takes 30-45 minutes to collect luggage and clear customs. The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the guests’ arrival.
(4) If you are aware of any flight delays, changes, or cancellations, please notify the contact person on your voucher. We will try our best to make an adjustment for the transfer service. However, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, and if it cannot be changed, the fees will not be refunded. Guests should claim compensation from the airline. If you request any assistance after your arrival, please contact us via our emergency hotline.
(5) The driver waits up to 90 minutes after the flight’s arrival. The driver will bear no responsibility for leaving if the waiting time exceeds 90 minutes. If guests request the return of the driver for the pick-up service, they will be charged again. In the event of a temporary delay by the airline resulting in a delay in notifying the driver, guests will not be refunded and should claim compensation from the airline.
(6) The drop-off service will be arranged 4 hours ahead of flight departure time to avoid missing the flight. In the event of traffic jams or any uncontrollable situation during the drop-off service, we will try our best to assist our guests but will not be liable for failing to take the flight in time.
Pre/Post-Tour Accommodation Guidelines
(1) Guests who have booked pre-tour accommodations can check in with their voucher and passport at the hotel reception after arriving at the group hotel.
(2) Please note that, according to international hotels practice, check-in time for hotels in Europe is usually 3 pm. If you arrive in advance and the room isn’t ready due to cleaning, you can rest in the hotel lobby or leave your luggage at the reception to go out for free-time activities and come back by 3 pm to check in. Your understanding will be appreciated.
(3) If you have booked the post-tour accommodation, the guide and team will send you to the post-tour hotel and help you check in. If you have booked the drop-off service for the next day, the guide will inform you of the meeting time at the lobby and other details for the next day. Please note!
(4) As pre/post-tour accommodation is an extra service, we are unable to assist you with room-sharing arrangements. Your understanding will be appreciated.
